Tardiness:

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the 5 minute grace period. Clients arriving after the 5 minute grace period will be charged according to the Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy and will need to reschedule their appointment.

If I have another opening the same day; client may be seen at the next available slot. If the client shows up within the 5 minute grace period- they will still be seen, but it is not a guarantee that all services can be performed. Please be on time to your appointment.
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Appointments cancelled without a 24 hr notice will be charged 50% of the total amount of cost of service(s).
No-Shows:

No Shows will be required to pay in advance for their next appointment in full if they wish to be scheduled again. After 2 no shows, the client will be banned from booking with the business indefinitely.
